Following a degree in engineering and a career starting in the military, Managing Director Lance Goodson moved to the travel industry where he has accumulated over 30 years’ experience. He is passionate about travel and providing his clients with an exceptional service. Having travelled throughout South East Asia, Lance has extensive first hand experience of Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia along with many worldwide destinations. Lance takes an active role in the business, ensuring that his team always go above and beyond client expectations to deliver superior, tailored and creative group travel solutions.
Paul Brand
Commercial Director
Paul has worked in the travel industry for more than 40 years and has known Managing Director Lance for more than 20 of those! He has managed travel programmes and group arrangements for well-known, high-profile companies; as well as having worked for two international airlines. Paul has vast experience in group travel and supplier management, overseeing events of all sizes. He works closely with his clients to not only ensure their group travel and events are a success, but to ensure they deliver maximum ROI.

Matthew Cook
With a desire for adventure, Matthew has certainly done it all. From hiking the Great Wall of China, through to travelling the Trans-Siberian Express and climbing the Inca Trail, he’s travelled the world extensively. Passionate about delivering great customer service and sharing his knowledge, Matt is a great leader for our Ops Team.
Laura Taylor
Laura always had a desire to travel and see the world and achieved this by working on cruise ships. Some of her favourite destinations include the Maldives, Mexico, Rome, Jamaica and Australia. Building relationships and being organised, resilient and hard working are key to her role as Travel Consultant, and her attention to detail is part of what makes her the ideal to manage your group.
